In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account, deposit funds, place wagers, or claim bonuses on the 88new1 Platform. This age threshold applies regardless of the age of majority in any other jurisdiction and is strictly enforced.

2.2 Residency. The Platform is operated for and directed at players who are residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from within Indonesia and that you are a resident thereof.

2.3 Prohibited Jurisdictions. Players who are resident in, or accessing the Platform from, jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law are not eligible to register or participate. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of online gaming in your specific location before registering.

2.4 Capacity. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract, that you are not subject to any court order restricting you from engaging in gambling activities, and that you are not acting on behalf of any third party.

3.1 One Account Rule. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered Account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same name, different names, the same household, the same device, or the same payment method, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and Indonesian mobile number. 88new1 is not liable for any consequences arising from the provision of false, incomplete, or misleading registration information.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify 88new1 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. 88new1 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

3.4 Account Transfers. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of your Account or any rights associated with it to any third party.

4.1 Mandatory Verification. All players must complete KYC identity verification before the first withdrawal is processed. 88new1 may also request KYC documents at any point during the account lifecycle if there is a reasonable basis to verify identity, age, or payment method ownership.

4.2 Required Documents. The following documents are typically requested during KYC review:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unexpired copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk), passport, or SIM (driver's licence).
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photograph confirming ownership of the bank account (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, etc.) or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay) used to deposit funds.
• Additional Documentation: 88new1 may request a selfie holding your identity document, or a recent utility bill as proof of address, in cases where additional verification is deemed necessary.

4.3 Processing Time. KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission during standard business hours (WIB). Complex cases may take up to 72 hours. Withdrawal requests are placed on hold pending KYC completion.

4.4 Failed Verification. If 88new1 is unable to verify your identity to its satisfaction, the platform reserves the right to restrict account functionality, suspend the account, or close the account entirely. Deposits will be returned to the originating payment method following verification of the depositor's identity.

5.1 Accepted Methods. 88new1 accepts deposits via the following local Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon (bank transfer), as well as OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja (e-wallet). All amounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit, although individual banks and e-wallet providers may impose their own daily transfer limits.

5.3 Deposit Fees. 88new1 does not charge any platform-side fees on deposit transactions. Any fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are your sole responsibility.

5.4 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being held pending investigation and possible account suspension.

5.5 Processing Time. Deposits made via supported local bank transfer are typically credited to your Account within 1–5 minutes during banking hours. E-wallet deposits are generally credited instantly. 88new1 is not responsible for delays caused by banking system maintenance, public holidays, or technical issues on the part of the sending institution.

6.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal. A player may submit a withdrawal request only after: (a) completing full KYC verification; (b) having placed at least one qualifying wager using Real-Money Funds; and (c) having fulfilled any applicable bonus wagering requirements if Bonus Funds are present in the account balance.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 per transaction.

6.3 Processing Time. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts before 20:00 WIB on standard business days are processed on a same-day basis. Requests submitted after 20:00 WIB or on Indonesian public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

6.4 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are issued to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the most recent deposit. 88new1 does not support withdrawal to a different payment method than the one on file, unless a formal payment method change request has been approved through the KYC process.

6.5 Withdrawal Fees. 88new1 does not charge platform-side withdrawal fees. Standard inter-bank transfer fees imposed by receiving financial institutions remain the player's responsibility.

6.6 Withdrawal Limits. Standard daily withdrawal limits apply as displayed in the account dashboard. VIP members may be eligible for elevated daily withdrawal limits as specified in the applicable VIP programme terms.

7.1 General Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the 88new1 Platform are subject to these Terms & Conditions and any additional specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the applicable promotion. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as applicable) must be wagered before any portion of the bonus may be converted to withdrawable Real-Money Funds.

7.3 Game Restrictions. Not all games on the Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Specific game contribution percentages for each promotion are published in the promotion's individual terms. Wagers placed on excluded games do not count toward the wagering requirement.

7.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses carry a time limit from the date of crediting. Bonus Funds that remain unconverted after the expiry period are automatically removed from the account balance without compensation.

7.5 Maximum Bonus Withdrawal. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated from Bonus Funds is capped at 10× the bonus amount.

7.6 Abuse Prevention. 88new1 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void associated winnings, and suspend accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, coordinated play, or any strategy designed to circumvent the intended purpose of a promotion.

7.7 One Bonus at a Time. Only one active bonus may be held in an account at any given time. Opting into a new promotion while an existing bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.

8.1 Acceptance of Wagers. All wagers are accepted at 88new1's sole discretion. The Platform reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at any time without providing a reason.

8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits for individual wagers vary by market and game type. Current limits are displayed in the relevant betting interface at the time the wager is placed.

8.3 Odds and Prices. Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change up to the moment a wager is confirmed. The odds applicable to a wager are those displayed and accepted at the precise time the confirmation screen is finalised by the Player.

8.4 Void Bets. A wager may be declared void by 88new1 in circumstances including, but not limited to: manifest pricing errors; event cancellation or postponement (where applicable rules do not provide for a settlement outcome); system errors affecting game or market integrity; or where evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation is detected.

8.5 Sports Betting. Sports markets — including BRI Liga 1 fixtures, international football (EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup, FIFA World Cup qualifiers), badminton, MotoGP (Mandalika circuit), and e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile) — are subject to the specific sports betting rules published on the Platform. In-play (voor bola, meaning live in-match betting) markets operate under live-bet-specific rules regarding bet acceptance and voiding.

8.6 Casino and Slot Games. All slot gacor (high-frequency-payout slots) and live casino games are governed by the individual game rules displayed within the game interface. RTP figures are publicly available on request. Malfunction of a game engine voids all associated plays and stakes are returned.

8.7 Togel. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery format) markets on 88new1 follow the draw schedules and prize structures published in the togel-specific rules section of the Platform. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed odds and the official prize table, the official prize table prevails.

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct under these Terms. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether individually or in coordination with others.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods to deposit funds.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or pricing anomalies in a coordinated or systematic manner.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live dealer games and poker-format products.
• Engaging in bandar bola (unlicensed bookmaking) activity by acting as a middleman accepting wagers on behalf of third parties using an 88new1 account.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing 88new1 staff, agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Circumventing any responsible gaming tools, including self-exclusion, by creating new accounts.

10.1 By 88new1. 88new1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion. Grounds for such action include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe, reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, or a regulatory or licensing obligation requiring us to do so.

10.2 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure, any remaining Real-Money Funds (after deduction of outstanding liabilities and any amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 10 business days, provided KYC has been completed and no fraud investigation is ongoing.

10.3 Forfeiture. Bonus Funds are not returnable upon account closure under any circumstances. Real-Money Funds may be forfeited where closure results from confirmed fraud, money laundering, or serious breach of these Terms.

10.4 By the Player. You may request account closure at any time by contacting 88new1 support at the email address listed in Clause 17. Accounts closed at player request may be subject to a cooling-off period before re-registration is permitted.

11.1 Ownership. All content on the 88new1 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and the overall design and layout — is the property of 88new1 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 Limited Licence. 88new1 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

11.3 Prohibited Use. You may not scrape, data-mine, frame, or mirror any part of the Platform without the express written consent of 88new1. Unauthorised use of Platform content may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

12.1 Platform Availability. 88new1 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

12.2 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88new1's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. 88new1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or reputational damage.

12.4 Internet Risk. You acknowledge that the transmission of data over the internet carries inherent risks. 88new1 employs industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3 / 256-bit AES) but cannot guarantee absolute security of data in transit. You access the Platform at your own risk.

13.1 Data Collection. 88new1 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13.2 Data Use. Personal data collected during registration, KYC, and account operation is used solely for the purposes of operating your Account, processing transactions, complying with our international licensing obligations, and providing customer support. We do not sell your data to third-party advertisers.

15.2 Indonesia Context. 15.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

15.4 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 88new1 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.

16.1 Right to Amend. 88new1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent amendment.

16.2 Notification. Where changes to these Terms are material, 88new1 will provide advance notice to registered players via email or a prominent on-Platform notification at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
